What is a POD?

One small group, carefully held.

A POD is a facilitated container designed to build the trust that typically takes years — in three sessions.

I

Meet Your People

Presence, listening, and the first steps past the surface. Leave session one seeing strangers differently than you did two hours ago.

II

Go Deeper

The group has warmed. The real sharing begins. Topics that have lived in your head for years get spoken aloud. The room holds it.

III

Something Shifts

Strangers become people who genuinely know you. The trust that typically takes years builds in hours. You leave with relationships that last.

What people say

From the people who've lived it.

"After participating in the PODs and traveling to Costa Rica with several of my POD members, I can confidently say I would not begin a joint venture any other way. The experience created a safe and structured space for authentic connection, vulnerability, and honest communication."

KristenKristen

"Having participated in a wide variety of different formats for getting to know strangers, I can say that the PODs are the best I have come across for making deep connections as a pragmatic foundation for cooperation. I trust these people because I know them."

FinnbarFinnbar

"The pods revealed that although we are different, we are fundamentally the same. That vulnerability created unity and open-hearted connection."

DanDan

"The pods allowed me to build trust first. I could truly evaluate whether I wanted these people as neighbors, partners, or co-investors."

LauraLaura

"The pods were a respectful, engaging forum to connect with people from around the world. I'm honored for the opportunity to make a deep connection with myself and others."

AmberAmber

"The POD was a wonderful experience for me. I was able to be vulnerable and share my experiences, learned more about my new friends and how we can move together towards building our beautiful 'New Earth Reality'."

Who it's for

For people who are done with surface-level.

If any of these resonate, you'll likely feel at home in a POD.

01You're exploring Aluna Village and want to build trust with future neighbors first.
02You've built a great life on paper but feel like nobody really knows you.
03You've done the self-work but lack a community that matches your depth.
04You work remotely or travel frequently and the relationships stay shallow.
05Your kids have moved away, life has gotten quiet, and the quiet surprised you.
06You're tired of networking events that feel like performances.
